 Dr. Bolda graduated magna cum laude from Chicago State University with a degree in chemistry before completing his graduate degree at the University of Illinois Medical School in Chicago. He served his residency in general surgery at The University of Illinois Hospital, Veterans Administration in Cook County, Illinois and his orthopedic residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center at Texas Tech University.
Prior to entering private practice, Dr. Bolda served with the 375th Medical Group at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois where he served as Chief of Orthopedic Surgery and Medical Director for Orthopedic Surgery. He attained the rank of Colonel in the United State Air Force (USAF) Medical Corps before retiring from active duty in 2002.
A Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Bolda has most recently been in private practice as an orthopedic surgeon at Parkview Physician’s Group/Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville, Indiana. He has previously practiced at the Indiana University La Porte Hospital and with Indiana University La Porte Physicians in Michigan City, IN among others.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the medical staff at CCMH”, said Dr. Bolda. “I look forward to being a part of the community and helping to serve the needs of patients in and around Denison and Crawford County.”
Dr. Bolda will begin seeing patients at the CCMH Medical Clinic – Main Campus in mid-September.   Patients can call the CCMH Medical Clinic at (712) 265-2700 to schedule appointments. Office hours for Dr. Bolda will be Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
