

ER Manager (Full-Time): Candidate will be responsible for quality, service, people, growth, and finance of the Emergency Room. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current licensure in the State of Iowa or compact state and have ACLS certification. 2-3 years of Management experience and 5 years of related experience preferred.
ER RN (Full-Time): Provides nursing care to emergency room patients in a safe and professional manner in a progressive ER department. One to two years of RN experience required, ER experience, ACLS and TNCC preferred. Candidate must possess excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Human Resources Director (Full-Time): To manage a human resources department, overseeing administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies. Responsibilities include development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure, workers compensation and OSHA reports. Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and/or 7 years related HR experience.
Interpreter (Temporary Full-Time): Must have excellent command of the spoken languages of English and Spanish and be able to interpret English to Spanish and Spanish to English and must have good command of written English and Spanish. Must have previous experience as an interpreter/translator. Assignment will end in December. On-call requirements will be approximately one night per week and one weekend per month.
