Dr. Jeffrey S. Miller is a native of Riverdale, Illinois. Dr. Miller
joined Family Practice and Surgical Specialists on August 1, 2001 and is
board certified in Family Practice. Dr. Miller graduated with honors from
University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Biology, and then
completed medical school at Midwestern University. He completed his family
practice residency at West Suburban Family Practice in Oak Park, Illinois.
He and his wife Elizabeth have one daughter.
